The Guardian Unlimited Observer has an article about new research being funded by the Pentagon. They’re developing fuel and ammunition-eating micro-organisms, and considering the use of air-borne Valium to control large groups of hostile people. While all this is fascinating, doesn’t it break a few international laws against biological and chemical warfare?
