Scientists at the University of East London are studying whether certain air-borne bacteria are able to manipulate weather patterns for their own survival. The article mentions various uses for this research, but it fails to consider the most obvious — so a super-villian can take control of the Earth’s weather patterns and demand 1 gazillion dollars from all nations. :-)
