Is Higher Education Bad For The Economy?

I found this at The Economist. It discusses the book, Does Education Matter? Myths about Education and Economic Growth by Alison Wolf. One of the interesting theories proposed by the author is that an increase in the number of college graduates is harmful to the economy.
