Ig Nobel Awards Announced

In a gala ceremony held at Harvard yesterday, the 2002 Ig Nobel Prizes were awarded. These prizes celebrate research achievements that “…cannot or should not be reproduced.” Highlights include a study of the exponential decay of beer froth, comprehensive research into belly button lint, and a washing machine for pets.
