• Mensan Laura Shields was one of 50 contestants competing in last week’s Queen of the World contest in Munich.
• Mensan Jim Blackmore is one of the advisors for the new EdgeTV, a 24-hour television network for game players. Scheduled to roll out in early 2005, the new network covers all types of games — from casino games to fantasy sports, bridge to crosswords.
