Our first meeting of the year, and we plan to get up to as much mischief as possible. And you can help! Know any good speakers who have a fascinating message? We don't have a permanent speaker-seeker, which means if you can find a speaker and a host, and get them together on a time to have the event, you can schedule a Mensa event. Controversy, science, the Ness Monster; anything that stirs up the brain cells is meat for our members. Oh, yes, and there's the famous "sex and psychics" interest most Mensans are said to have!
Show up for the first meeting where we have a brand new year in which to find merriment, enlightenment and friends. This is your group and you have the floor to have your thoughts, serious or light, heard and considered for action. Make a resolution now to put this first meeting of the year on your calendar, and become a shaker and mover in the Central Oklahoma Mensa group.
Bring some brunch-like nibbles and Patty will provide the coffee. Bring some fun ideas -- we'll provide the Round Table discussion and ignite a brain storm.
